1. The Product
SkillFlip Starter Kits are digital products delivered electronically immediately after payment confirmation.
Each kit is specific to the profession and country selected at the point of purchase. Please ensure you select the correct profession and country before completing your purchase.
2. Delivery
Your kit is delivered to your email address immediately after payment is confirmed.
If you do not receive your kit within 30 minutes of payment, contact us at support@skillflip.africa with your order reference number and we will resolve it promptly.
3. The 30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind the SkillFlip system. If it does not work when used correctly we will refund your purchase in full.
To claim a refund:
- — Use the outreach system provided in your kit on 10 local businesses within 30 days of purchase
- — Send screenshots of all 10 sent conversations to support@skillflip.africa — timestamps and contact names must be clearly visible
- — Include your order reference number in the email
- — The outreach scripts must have been used as provided in the kit
Valid claims are refunded within 5 working days of a verified claim.
We reserve the right to decline claims where the conditions above have not been met.
4. Intellectual Property
SkillFlip kits are licensed for your personal use only.
They may not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed in any form without written permission from SkillFlip.africa.
5. Results
SkillFlip provides professional outreach tools, templates, and guidance systems.
Individual results depend on effort, local market conditions, and execution. We do not guarantee specific income levels or client outcomes.
The income figures referenced on this website are market estimates based on research and real professional engagements across Uganda and Kenya. They are illustrative, not guaranteed.
6. Local Laws and Employment
It is your responsibility to ensure that independent consulting activity is permitted under the terms of your employment contract.
